Our Jumbo Lobster Tails are sourced from Maine lobstermen and then processed locally in Maine. They are individually flash-frozen. Each tail weighs 8 ounces approx.
The flash-freezing process ensures the tails retain their high protein levels and consistent flavor. Because our lobster tails are frozen, you can put them in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
